Hi, I'm Amanda Curtis! I've spent much of my career doing two things I love: solving complex problems and helping people. Mortgage lending gives me the opportunity to bring those passions together every day! As a Mortgage Advisor serving Tennessee and Alabama, I help families find smart financing solutions for buying, refinancing, and investing in real estate. I believe every situation is unique, and I love finding creative solutions that make homeownership possible.

Before entering mortgage lending, I spent 15 years in the space and missile defense industry as a Subcontract Administrator, managing complex, multimillion-dollar contracts. I also founded and led a thriving nonprofit organization that serves at-risk families across Southern Tennessee and North Alabama. Those experiences shaped my approach to business—combining analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine heart for serving others.

Today, I bring those same strengths to every mortgage transaction, offering a variety of loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, DSCR, and Bank Statement loans. My philosophy is simple: honest advice, clear communication, and no surprises. Outside of work, I'm married to my husband, Brian, and we're blessed with three wonderful kids. Faith, family, and community are at the heart of everything I do.

For me, mortgage lending is about more than closing loans. It's about building relationships, helping families achieve their goals, and being a trusted resource long after closing day.
