I’ve been in residential lending for over 25 years, and I specialize in complex files that require calm hands and clear thinking: self-employed borrowers, tight timelines, divorce buyouts, inheritance, multiple properties—you name it.

I stay close to my clients with annual mortgage reviews that help them lower rates, unlock equity, and build long-term wealth. I also collaborate with realtors, divorce and estate attorneys, and financial planners through one-on-one consults and strategic communication.
