ABOUT RYAN

My primary responsibility as a Loan Officer is to provide an educational and informative experience to my customers during the lending process. I have a passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams and there is nothing more rewarding than assisting my customers actualize their financial objectives. Through my ability to educate, communicate, and relate to my clients, I’m able to create a high-quality customer service experience for those looking to purchase or refinance.

As an independent mortgage broker, I have the ability to shop over 100 lenders to find the product(s) most suitable to your needs. Our wholesale lending model allows us to provide competitive rates and a seamless process for borrowers.

Prior to joining the mortgage industry years ago, I spent nearly 15 years as a high school social studies teacher and vice principal. As an Economics teacher, I helped develop curriculum related to the homebuying process as I felt it was essential for life-long learning for my students. I personally developed a great passion for learning more about and understanding the mortgage process and this aspiration led me to becoming a loan officer and providing “real world” assistance to customers as they navigate through the ever-changing lending environment.

When I’m not in the office, I’m spending time with my wife Toni at sporting events for our two children, Brayden and Zoe.
