I’ve been in the mortgage and financial industries serving the Sacramento and Placer County areas for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I’ve helped clients navigate a wide range of loan options, including down payment assistance programs, first-time homebuyer products, VA loans, and solutions for self-employed borrowers. I also specialize in helping clients strategically use their home equity to support both short-term needs and long-term life goals.

In addition to being a seasoned loan officer, I’m an FCRA-Certified Credit Consultant, with experience assisting borrowers through credit education, estate considerations, and financial planning. My approach is centered on empowering clients with clarity and confidence so they can make informed decisions and build toward their future.

I’ve had the privilege of serving as a guest speaker for many California organizations, including the Placer County Association of Realtors, Sacramento County Association of Realtors, Keller Williams Realty, Century 21 Realty, and multiple Realtor and banking groups.
